Ayushi Mohanty

My name is Ayushi Mohanty, and I am a senior at Carnegie Vanguard High School. My love for sharing with the community came before that for writing. I always love to share stories and moments with others because it allowed me to build a stronger connection, and that’s when I found that writing would help me share these amazing stories and incredulous feats with a greater audience. Apart from writing, I play the guitar, practice classical dance, and love to volunteer; they help me find ways to share my own stories. No matter where I travel to, Houston as a city has continuously left me speechless at how diverse it is. Carnegie Vanguard HS is an inspiring place, and having been a School Buzz reporter for the past two years, I promise to continue to gather as many of these stories to share among the greater Houston area.
