First Saturday Arts Market is located in Houston Heights at 540 W. 19th St. and open 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. November 6. The monthly outdoor market has been showcasing visual artists in many popular fine art genres and mediums for 17 years.

First Saturday Arts Market is curated by the artists, visitors to this free event can immerse themselves in fine art in a festive, yet relaxed atmosphere. Houston Winery and Houston Cider Co., both located in the Heights, have wine and cider offerings and there is always a popular food truck on site. Local singer/songwriters can often be found entertaining at the market.
