The power of art
Archway Gallery’s 15th annual Juried Exhibition wrapped up with a closing reception benefiting Be the Peace – Be the Hope. John Bernhard, juror, Liz Conces Spencer and Becky Soria, co-chairs, and Karine Lemoyne-Parker, Be the Peace – Be the Hope executive director (pictured, from left) celebrated with an evening of enjoying the gallery’s cultural works, hearing from the artists in person, and live music by acoustic vocal trio Heights Fools on Stools. Featured artists work with Be the Peace – Be the Hope to benefit children in underserved communities through social and emotional-healing arts programs, including in-class workshops and programs.
