AOS gives back
For the second year in a row, Annunciation Orthodox School (AOS) kicked off the new year with a back-to-school service project. AOS families gathered to fill backpacks with school supplies during a breakfast event supporting the BE A Resource for CPS Kids (BEAR) Back to School program. Students and their families donated and assembled new backpacks and school supplies for children who are under the supervision of Child Protective Services. At the end of the service project, the AOS volunteers completed more than 70 fully stocked backpacks to be given to children so they can have a successful school year.
