Zoe
Hi, I’m Zoe, which in Greek means “life,” and yes, I’m full of it! Because I’m a Chow Chow, I have a mind of my own, which some might call “stubborn.” If I weren’t distracted so easily, I’d be a champion at agility, doing my figure eights around trees and jumping over couches. Although I look cuddly, I am very selective about who can pet me. If you want a dog who jumps when called, I’m not for you. Chows are said to be aloof and more like cats than dogs. We’re not into fetch either – sorry, you’ll have to get it yourself. When I ride in the car, I take a back seat to no one – the front passenger seat is mine. Since Chows have a history of being guard dogs, I’m fiercely protective of my family. All that being said, my owners adore me, and we understand each other perfectly – I make sure of it.
