Summer-camp fun

Valley Oaks Elementary fifth-grade students (from left) Shelby Rall, Lauren Little, Grace Delpit and Sloane Wetzel spent a week at Rocky River Ranch camp. They enjoyed arts and crafts, cooking, sewing, kayaking, horseback riding, swimming, performing in talent shows, learning camp songs and, of course, eating s’mores. Lauren had attended this camp in the past, but it was the first time for the rest of the girls. All had a blast.

Annie Blaylock McQueen, associate editor and Buzz About Town columnist, is currently out on maternity leave, spending time with her babies, Cash and Lila.
