It was really nice to live in a custom rooftop-patio home. Marjo and J.W. Leussink had their decorator make their Rice Military home so great that they sold it twice for full price. The first buyers backed out at the last minute, which pleased Dave and Melissa Hite, who had seen 100 homes and wanted only this one. Welcome, Dave and Melissa and son Joshua and cats Max and Zoe, back to Rice Military, where they had once lived. They won’t miss the Kingwood traffic. Marjo and J.W. and dog Oliver are happily living nearby in a smaller abode, which is easier to maintain when they visit their daughters in L.A. and Washington D.C.
