Ever since I was a little kid, I have loved to write. I used to make up a story from the pictures in a book instead of reading the actual book. My love for writing has stayed with me; my dream in life is to be a published author or a news reporter. I was very excited when I was asked to contribute to School Buzz. I feel very lucky that my start to becoming a journalist can begin in high school. Currently, I’m a senior at The Briarwood School. During high school, I've had amazing opportunities and positions including copy editor of the yearbook, vice president of student council, emcee of the fall drama production, and actor in five theatre productions. I also have been published in the school literary magazine.
