Asian Chicken Wraps

Ingredients: 

1 Tablespoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon peeled and grated fresh ginger
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into ½-inch strips
1 lime
8-10 white or whole wheat flour tortillas
½ cup prepared hoisin sauce
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
½ bunch of green leaf lettuce, chopped
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup peeled and grated cucumber

Recipe directions: 

Heat the oil, red pepper and garlic in a large skillet over medium. Add the ginger and chicken. Saute until cooked through and the juices run clear, about 5 to 7 minutes. Squeeze the lime over the cooked chicken and remove from heat. Warm the tortillas one at a time in a skillet. Top each tortilla with hoisin sauce, green onions, chicken, lettuce, cilantro and cucumber, and roll tightly.  Secure the wraps with toothpicks and slice on the diagonal to serve. Makes 8-10 wraps.
