2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup vanilla yogurt (Stonyfield Greek preferred)
1 cup apple juice
Garnish: fresh blueberries, strawberries and/or bananas
Recipe directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated. You can thin with extra liquid if you prefer a thinner consistency. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy immediately. Serves 3-4.
