Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Recipe directions:
Set the oven at 200F. Beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar and vanilla essence and beat for another 3 minutes.
On baking trays with wax paper, spoon the meringue mix in golf ball-size blobs spread out evenly on the tray (you can also pipe the meringue mix into little meringues).
