Pineapple Spinach:
2 cups fresh spinach, packed
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup frozen mango
2 frozen peeled bananas
2 cups water
2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed (optional)
Scoop of protein powder (optional)
Blackberry Almond:
1 cup of spinach or kale
2 cups almond milk
1 banana, peeled and frozen
1 cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
2 pitted dates
Smoothie with Cottage Cheese:
½ cup orange juice
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen fruit of your choice
Smoothie with Yogurt:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt or kefir
½ cup water or milk to thin smoothie if using Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
2 cups of frozen fruit of your choice
Drizzle of honey to sweeten if desired, add just before blending
