Mexican Martini

Lisa Myers shares her version of a Mexican Martini, which is always a crowd-pleaser. Warning: These martinis are both spicy and strong.

Ingredients

2 ounces jalapeño-infused tequila, homemade or store bought
1 ounces Cointreau
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 to 2 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
Splash of simple syrup (to taste)
Splash of olive juice
3 olives

Directions

Pour all ingredients except the olives into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain the drink into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with the olives on a cocktail spear.
