Sandy Sales’ Zucchini Noodle Lunch

Ingredients

Zucchini noodles
Wedge of cheese (Sandy Sales used Laughing Cow Spicy Pepper Jack cheese)
Deli meat, diced (Sandy used turkey meat)

Directions

Sauté zucchini noodles 3 to 5 minutes in a skillet. Add a wedge of Laughing Cow Spicy Pepper Jack cheese and two slices of deli turkey meat, diced. Sauté together for another minute.
