These Spiced Chickpeas are a delicious snack or addition to a grain bowl. They're also a great topping for this Greek Salad. Make these, and be ready to make them again. They disappear quickly!
1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and dried
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ tablespoon zaatar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Toss the chickpeas in a medium bowl with the oil, zaatar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread the chickpeas on it in a single layer. Roast for 30 minutes.
