Mix together fruit and a few other simple ingredients for a delicious and filling breakfast or snack.
Summer interns Abby Cohan and Benjamin Cohen brainstormed easy, inexpensive meals and snacks that could be made from a dorm room.
1 cup of frozen strawberries and bananas
1 ripe banana
2 spoonfuls of plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup of orange juice
3 packets of Splenda
dd yogurt and orange juice into blender. Put cup of frozen fruit into blender. Blend until mostly smooth. Add in Splenda packets. Continue blending until smooth. Pour smoothie into cup and enjoy!
