I have grown to love the field of journalism from a young age, and I became a part of the Three Penny Press at Bellaire High School to expound on that passion. I am also a part of the swimming and baseball team at Bellaire High School and beginning this school year I will also be president of Bellaire’s Young Investors Society, a club that seeks to promote financial literacy in high school students. I love pursuing journalism in Houston because of the diversity of the city, allowing me to pursue stories that capture the backgrounds of the multitude of cultures of Houston.
