Hi there! My name is Roohie, and I’m currently a senior at DeBakey High School. I’ve loved writing since I was in the second grade. Since then, I’ve been interested in writing novels, slam poetry, etc. In addition to writing, I’m an avid debater. I do policy debate and hope to continue that in college. I have lived in Houston for most of my life. I love the diversity of the city and just how busy it always is. Houston never gets boring! My school is the only high school for future health professionals in the area, and I believe it gives students a really great experience and a solid academic background.
