Welcome to Buzz Home, a column spotlighting different readers’ homes each month. This month we’re taking a look inside a variety of Buzz-neighborhood kitchens.

Maybe you’re thinking of sprucing up your own kitchen. To express your personal style, say many designers, begin with one show-stopping feature that will create the look you want, whether it is traditional, transitional, contemporary or even eclectic. Not every part of the kitchen has to be over-the-top fabulous to be stylish and a good fit for your needs. Traditional design has long been the status quo; however, trending now is a cleaner, more minimalist design that has a contemporary influence. We hope these photos inspire you.
