Camelback in Cabo

Donna Carnahan and daughter Rachel luxuriated on Medona Beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to celebrate Rachel’s first semester as a freshman at Sam Houston State University. They watched whales in the Pacific Ocean from the hot tub at the eighth-story Sky Pool at the villas in Pueblo Bonito, Sunset Beach, where they stayed for seven days. The biggest adventure took them to the desert for a camel-riding tour.  As they hiked along the sand pathways a tour guide explained how important cactus is to the environment. Afterward they enjoyed an authentic Mexican meal and tequila-tasting presentation. Olé!
