Decade of fashion
A stunning but dated red gown was restyled into a strapless wonder, as were several other redesigned gently used dresses. They were on view at The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary Kick Off Tea to promote its spring Reflections on Style Fashion Show and Luncheon at the River Oaks Country Club on April 15, chaired by Brenda DeVore. The tea, led by Lilly Andress and Vicki West, honored Janice McNair. It was hosted by Neiman Marcus, where Stacy Swift introduced the design masters. Debbie Rogers and Jeanne Roberti, co-chairs of the Chic Boutique, are thrilled to sell the trendy fashions after the money-raising luncheon. Admiring the styles were president Dorothy Nicholson, Gayle Eury, Kaye Horn, Rhonda Jones, Mary Maxey, Ann Bookout, Carol Sharpe, Mickie Huebsch and Kathi Rovere.
