The company Chevron is allowing the group to use its property on Mayfair for the project. Chevron also had its landscapers prepare, till, add good dirt and mulch the garden area. The girls planted seeds on April 6 as a team. Each girl comes once a week to water and tend the area. Their goal is to take whatever crop they grow to a local food shelter.
