The Peewee 9U Rebels met the Orioles again in the Gold Championship. The Rebels went 7-2 in the regular season, while the Orioles went 8-1, and the Orioles beat the Rebels early in the playoffs. The Rebels got their revenge in the championship, winning 7 to 5 in the first game and 12 to 1 in the rematch. The Rebels had to win two in a row because the Orioles hadn’t lost yet in the playoffs. Caden Perry is pictured sliding safely into third base in the first matchup. Other players were Kevin Eddington, Jack Johnson, Joshua Lee, Mario Lozada, Connor Masraff, Cade McMillan, Stefan Sabatelli, Zade Shenaq and Mason Swagerty. The team was coached by Russell Masraff, Ryan McMillan, Carlton Perry and Brian Swagerty.
