Mrs. Liberman walks the field of the MLB All-Star game
For most, the highlight of the MLB All Star game may or would have been a great hit or throw. Mine was very different. In my eyes, seeing Mrs. Liberman, my middle-school English teacher, walking on the field was the best part. She was chosen as the Houston Astros' teacher representative to the MLB All Star game in Minneapolis, MN. This choice brings great honor to Robert M. Beren Academy and reason to be proud for her students.
After 48 years of teaching, Mrs. Liberman retired this past spring. She will be missed greatly, but left with panache.
