In June 2012, Mia Lutz was diagnosed with childhood leukemia. Today, she’s 5, in remission, and completing her last few months of treatment at Texas Children’s Hospital. Mia, a kindergartener at West University Elementary, will be walking in the annual Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk with her friends and family Oct. 11 at Discovery Green.
