Oren Nissan, freshman at Robert M. Beren Academy, enjoyed a view of San Francisco on her family trip to California.
For most students, winter break is a great time to go on a trip. Parents usually have time off for the holidays and the weather in Houston is not something one wants to stay in town for. This year, many Robert M. Beren Academy students took advantage of their vacations and traveled as far away as Israel.
I caught up with my fellow classmates to see where they went:
Sivan Hakakian: “My parents and I went to Las Vegas for a few days.” Oren Nissan: “I traveled to California with my family.” Nathan Plumb: “I went to see a friend in Kansas City.” Leora Geralnik: “My family and I traveled to Israel for a couple of weeks.” Akiva Levy: “I went to a Boy Scout camp in Navasota.” Gabi Abramson: “I took a ski trip to Colorado.” Mikayla Shkedy: “I went to Galveston.”
All of these vacations sound amazing and I’m looking forward to hearing what my classmates do for their summer break!
