Yogi, age 1

Just a few months ago, I was found alone, tied outside, and in pretty bad shape. Thankfully K-9 Angels Rescue insisted that I’d be good as new with a little TLC. Not too long after, my now-mom and dad spent time with me at the shelter. They had declared they were “just looking” that day and that they weren’t going home with a new family member yet, but who could resist my sweet demeanor? They took me home and although they seemed nice, I was anxious at first – with my past, you can never be too sure. But they proved themselves to be loving, and it didn’t take long for me to become king of the house. Now, I have a great home and even a new name! My dad named me after Yogi Berra and mom calls me Yogi Bear. My favorite things include belly rubs, cuddling on the couch, and more belly rubs. It’s a good life.
