Hunters Creek Elementary fifth-grade students Kallie Carlson, Maddie Provenzano, Sloan Miers and Sahaj Bhakta (pictured, from left, with Memorial Village police officer O.G. Miller in the middle) attended the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) culmination ceremony at Hunters Creek Elementary School. The class was taught by Officer Miller, who has been a D.A.R.E. instructor for many years. He and the fifth-grade teachers selected four personal-commitment essays from students to be read at the culmination ceremony.
