Nutcracker Market

The annual Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market is underway! Head to NRG Center this weekend and get a head start on your holiday shopping. Children’s Festival

Capture the moment with your best furry friend at Rover Oaks for Doggie Pictures with Santa, benefiting Shaggy Dog Rescue, this Saturday! Pictures are first come, first serve. See the details.

Ice Spectacular at The Galleria 

Kick off the holiday season at The Galleria with the annual Tree Lighting and Ice Spectacular, Saturday, 6 p.m. Gather ’round the ice for the 55-foot Christmas tree, a live performance and ice routines, the lighting of the tree, Skating Santa and a fireworks display. The event is free, but arrive early to get your spot around the rink. Tickets are $10 and proceeds go to MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital. See the details.

Ferrari Festival

Ferrari fans, be sure to head to Highland Village on Sunday for the 10th annual Ferrari Festival, benefiting research at Texas Children’s Cancer Center.
