Dia daoibh! Or, “hello,” for those of you who don’t speak my native Irish. As a soft-coated Wheaten Terrier, Ireland is my homeland, though personally I am from the Northeast. I lived with my mum and dad in Manhattan until last year. Shortly after my first birthday, my parents gave me a little brother (who walks on two legs), and he quickly became my best friend. He used to pull my tail or hit my nose, but it didn’t phase me. Mum says I am the sweetest (and cuddliest) pup in the world. I love people – if you see me around, please don’t be shy. I love other dogs too; sometimes I miss my friends from doggy daycare in NYC, Central Park and a snowy winter, but I wouldn’t change my new life in West U for anything in the world. Nothing compares to friends and family nearby, friendly neighbors and a backyard!
