The Bellaire Belles held their annual Spring Belle Ball on March 24 at The Gallery. Belles and their guests honored graduating seniors with speeches and slideshows and enjoyed dinner, dessert and dancing. Mattison Sims was voted 2016 Belle of the Ball.
