Collecting for a Cause

In support of Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Family Alliance, Central Bank hosted a blanket and hat drive for patients at Texas Children’s Cancer Center this winter. More than 100 blankets and 50 hats were collected for children to use during their chemotherapy and then take home with them. These items were distributed by Stacy Garcia, Sara Jennings and Debbie Stoker with Central Bank along with Linda Pena from Candlelighters.

For more than 20 years, Candlelighters has supported the needs of families facing childhood cancer. Parent Consultants are based at both Texas Children’s Cancer Center and at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Children’s Cancer Hospital.
