Briargrove Elementary held a fun-filled field day, which was chaired for the second year by Brooke Zarr and Connally Harper. The students kicked the day off with an Olympic-style parade around the Tellepsen Track with each classroom displaying its decorated banner and competitive name. They held on tight during a game of tug-of-war, ran a relay race, darted in and out at an obstacle course, and got some yoga in at the DEFINE booth. They finished the day cooling off at the H-E-B popsicle station. Pictured enjoying the day were first-grade teacher Mrs. Marie Relampagos' Rhinos Oliver Dawley and Andrew Dollinger.
