Snow Day at the Zoo

Cool off at the Houston’s Zoo “Chill Out” event this Saturday. Enjoy a winter wonderland from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., including two snow fields (a smaller field for the little ones and a larger field for the bigger kids). See more details.

Hatch Chile Festival

Spice up your weekend with everything hatch chile pepper at Central Market. Sample recipes and be inspired for a fired-up meal. The festival continues through Tues., Aug. 23. See more details.

Houston Restaurant Weeks

Houston Restaurant Weeks is in full swing through Sept. 5. Proceeds from each meal using the pre-planned menu at a participating restaurant will benefit the Houston Food Bank. See more details.
