Meeting Miss Texas
Girl Scout Troop 147004 got a fun surprise. The Horn Elementary fourth graders and first graders met Miss Texas, Caroline Carothers, while marching in the Bellaire Fourth of July parade over the summer. In the spirit of Miss Texas, she was kind to the girls and snapped a few pictures with them.
