Students at Hunters Creek Elementary have been creating, exploring, collaborating, tinkering, negotiating, programming and building before and during school in a new area called the HCE MakerSpace. Making, rather than consuming, is the focus. This engineering, craft and technology learning space has Snap Circuits, Osmos, Ozobots, PowerClix, origami, and other hands-on creation and imagination tools.
