After a blind date in 2012 when Houstonian CeCe Cohen and Virginian Zeke Sachs met for dinner, they went for a beer at the Boheme bar. Three years later, Zeke started the morning with a wedding proposal. After the excitement, they spent the day meeting friends at their favorite Houston places before moving to Atlanta. On June 18, 2016, they wed in a glass ballroom overlooking Lake Travis at the Lakeway Resort and Spa. A craft beer bar featured Zeke’s favorite three Austin beers and CeCe’s fave, Victory Brewing’s Golden Monkey. Parents of the couple, Terry and Sandy Cohen and Shana and Coleman Sachs, wished them well as the couple left for Travaasa in Austin for a few days before moving back from Atlanta to Houston. Infusion of “hop”piness.
