Sisters back together

An alumnae brunch for former Sigma Delta Tau sorority members was held at Mardi Kunik's home. Thirty sorority sisters from across the nation – from Penn State, Tulane, Florida State University and The University of Texas, among others – came together. The 100th anniversary of the sorority will be celebrated in New York in June and also in Houston at a date to be announced. The planners were (pictured, from left) Ambika Melville, Sofia Frommer, Mardi Kunik and Greta Drennan. Among those enjoying the Sunday morning event were Tammy Feldstein, Laurie Rosenberg, Bonnie Blumberg, Elyse Schultz, Cindy Abrahams, Libby Marvins, Kari Saratovsky, Maxine Silberstein, Betsy Johnson, Julie Malin, Cathy Podell, Kathy Parven, Sharon Weiss, Debra Shniderson and Melissa Gordon.
