Daisy, age 2

I am a 2-year-old St. Bernard that you may see dragging my mom daily down Baldwin. Sometimes, I bark at people, but even though I am 135 pounds, I won’t hurt anyone. I’m really sorry if I scare you. I love the dog park and all my friends who chase me there, although mom says I stink extra special after I go. I live with four cats that are my besties and who make great drool catchers. I am supposed to be a therapy dog, but my manners aren’t quite there yet. I have not mastered those “leave it and heel” commands. They are for the birds! Who needs “leave it,” when there are shoes to chew and paper towels to shred? I also love to go for car rides very much. Dad says I’m still not allowed in his car, though – something about me being a drooling, hairy, nasty mess? My most favorite place to be though is in my mom’s lap, because I’m a big baby!
