Mary and David Powell are proud that their son Steven Powell, community volunteer and host of “The Revelry Report” on KTRU Rice radio 96.1 Tuesdays 5-7 p.m., is promoting the 50th anny of the station. The Outdoor Show, an annual music festival put on by the station, will have surprise guests and artist Jamila Woods. April 22, 2-10 p.m., is the annual Outdoor Show; it is free and open to the public on Rice University’s campus. Steven has conducted more than 100 interviews a year with artists.
