Healthy matters

For Memorial High School student Charlotte Tomlinson’s Girl Scout Gold Award project, she held a seminar at the Sosa Community Center for families in the Spring Branch area. Through a partnership with Texas Children's Hospital, two physicians taught adults about healthy living while Charlotte (pictured, center, wearing a gray T-shirt), along with some volunteers, taught the children. Each family who attended left with an H-E-B gift card and sports equipment to help stay active during the summer.
