The 11- and 12-year-old boys’ freestyle-relay team from the Willow Wahoo swim team won first place at the Southwest Aquatic League Finals. The boys started practicing in May in preparation for the race. Pictured (from left) are Jack Neumayr, Zach Gosda, Cian Grimes and Luke Brandt. They will be attending Pershing Middle School and Pin Oak Middle School in the fall. The Willow Wahoo swim team won second place this year. After the final results were announced, swimmers jumped into the pool to celebrate.
