Charity golf tournament

On a sunny day, Dr. Hariya Pannu, actress Amy Yasbeck and Dr. Dianna Milewicz (pictured, from left) attended the inaugural Remembrin’ Benjamin Charity Golf Tournament at Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club in Katy. The non-profit Remembrin’ Benjamin Inc. was formed by the Bradford family to raise funds for medical research after the loss of 24-year-old Benjamin to an undiagnosed aortic dissection in July 2012. The UTHealth John Ritter Research Program in Aortic and Vascular Diseases, led by Dr. Dianna Milewicz, was the primary beneficiary of this year’s tournament. Over 100 players, sponsors, volunteers and family worked together to make the event a success. See www.johnritterresearchprogram.org and www.remben.org.
