Shields Stockdale and Grant Arterbury had a jon boat that they have used to fish in Rockport and Galveston Bay many times but never thought they would be trolling down Gessner in it to pull people and pets out of the water. The day after the Harvey storm, they tirelessly rescued around 50 people.
