Houston Astros' First-Ever World Series Championship Win Parade
Join the city for the Houston Astros World Championship Parade and Celebration today at 2 p.m. downtown to honor and celebrate the Astros’ historic 2017 World Series win. Wear your Astros gear and join the city to celebrate.
Cars in the Park
Car enthusiasts, head to Evelyn’s Park on Saturday morning to check out classic cars and exotic cars. If you’re bringing a car, please arrive between 8-8:30 a.m.
Art @ Discovery Green
Stroll through artist booths at Discovery Green on Saturday and Sunday, offering more than 80 fine and contemporary crafts. Look forward to a beer garden, live music, craft activities for all ages and a hands-on workshop by the featured artist, The Color Condition.
Doggie Pictures with Santa
Start getting in the holiday spirit this Saturday. Stop by Rover Oaks Houston to have your dog’s picture taken with Santa. The fee is a $20 donation and proceeds go to Houston Shaggy Dog Rescue.
Turkish Festival
Celebrate the Annual Turkish Festival at Jones Plaza downtown. Sample authentic Turkish food, wine, coffee, dancing and fun for the entire family.
