Welcome to the Rangerettes

Lauren Holcomb, a freshman at Lamar High School, was one of the students who made the Varsity Rangerettes dance team this year. Lauren said the team made her transition to high school easy because summer rehearsals with her teammates introduced her to girls of all grade levels. The Lamar Rangerettes perform at varsity football games for the Lamar Texans in the fall and compete in indoor dance competitions in the spring. Other team members include Maya Wilson, Emily Hynes, Kyra Collins, Miracle Miller, Alyssa Levine, Peggy Polydoros and Hanna Boucher.
