Good for the soul
Members of the River Oaks Women’s Breakfast Club and supporters of A Children’s House for the Soul, including (pictured, from left) Dr. Sandy Scurria, Misti Pace-Krahl, Jane Seger and Dr. Alana Kennedy-Nasser, along with executive director Dr. Alanna Bree, came together to raise awareness and funds for children living with skin conditions and birthmarks. The charity provides social, emotional and spiritual support for children and their families. Guests gathered for the inaugural Happy Hour FUNdraiser at The Health Museum, where they sipped cocktails, played carnival games and even hopped on a mechanical bull. A live band and an auction, emceed by Bill Brown, former sportscaster of the Astros, kept the fun going.
