More than 80 guests gathered for the kickoff to the annual Judy’s Mission Possible Luncheon, planned for May 4 at the Houstonian Hotel. Supporters of the ovarian cancer research organization were welcomed by David Peck and his wife Michelle Phillips. Susan Baker will be the luncheon speaker and will share her journey as a survivor of ovarian cancer. Proceeds will benefit Judy’s Mission early-detection awareness programs as well as ovarian cancer research at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Also there were Betty Hrncir, Klinka Lollar, Carolyn Alban, Julie Phillips, Pamela Weems Coughenour, Marjorie Clark and Shamika Johnson.
