Ending on a high note

The Bellaire Recreation Center 12U Celtics (pictured) are division basketball champions. The girls won the championship game 27-14, capping off their flawless undefeated season. Coaches Mark Tackett and Buster Adams (top row, from left) have coached players Elisa Adams, Ainsley Pinkerton, Riley Tackett and Tunie Mullen for the last six years. These four players have now aged out of the league, so everyone was happy to end with such a strong season and championship win.
