Danger and wonder
Avid and certified sailors Mitch and Sue Feinberg and son Kerry Feinberg and friends (European captain-licensed) Heiner and Renee Buenting from Munich, Germany, took on the Adriatic Sea, Croatia specifically, to celebrate Mitch’s 60th birthday. They were the first ones to use the charter Dufour 460 yacht from the factory. Not only did dolphins sail next to them, so did plenty of naked she and he sailors. After the waterfalls at Krka National Park, a fisherman cleaned and prepared Mitch’s birthday dinner at a private restaurant opened just for them. Back on the boat, a sailing turn of events occurred when Kerry spotted that a stay had come loose, and the mast almost tore away. Mitch jammed in a screwdriver to hold it in place until they docked a few hours later. Whew, that almost blew the whole trip!
